Right of Withdrawal

You may cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without needing to provide a reason. The 14-day period begins from the day you, or someone you appoint, receives the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, simply notify us with a clear statement by email or post. You may use a withdrawal form if you prefer, but it is not required. Your request is considered valid as long as it is sent before the 14-day period ends.

Refunds

If you choose to withdraw, we will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs. Any additional costs from selecting a non-standard shipping option will not be refunded.

Refunds are processed within 14 days from the date we receive your withdrawal request. The original payment method will be used unless agreed otherwise. We may delay the refund until the returned items are received or proof of return has been provided.

Returns

Items must be returned within 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met once the goods are sent within this period.

You are only responsible for any loss in value if the product has been handled beyond what is necessary to check its nature, characteristics, and function.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are custom-made, personalized, or created specifically based on your preferences.
